How is your ice
cream different from all other existing gelato/ice
cream/frozen yogurt that are currently available on the
market? |
Ice cream, is typically consumed
directly from the freezer.
At such a hard state
and freezing temperatures of -18 to -24 degrees, your tongue
actually becomes numb. This is one of the major
reasons why regular ice creams have such high sugar content,
fat and artificial flavor boosters, because they are all
needed to overcome the partial numbness of your taste buds!
A Frozzen ice cream is one in which the texture is soft &
creamy and much warmer than regular ice cream.
Due to the warm
nature of our ice cream, the consumer's experience is
heightened as a result of their tastes buds awaken state.
We can therefore afford to formulate
our products using
less sugar, less fat, no artificial flavorings and no
preservatives. We then completely open the
opportunity for each customer to customize their own ice
cream cup-by-cup with a massive selection of ingredients and

to others? |
The smallest available size is a small
cup, roughly about 2 scoops of regular ice cream. The
starting price for this is only 49 Baht, regardless of what
ingredients you choose, from rich chocolate, crunchy
cookies, frozen blueberries and more! The fun doesn't just
end there as you can even choose from yet another wide
selection of high quality toppings starting at just 15 Baht. |

What is included, and not included in the price?

The price of a franchise is attractively set at just 698,000
Baht. This includes a standard booth design and
construction painted with a car like glossy white color and
lined with constantly changing LED lighting system, a
custom-made deeply frozen open display with a storage area
sufficient to stock about 1 weeks of supply, uniforms, a
touch-screen Point Of Sale (POS) system that helps manage
sales, keeps track of inventory and even has the ability to
automatically reorder materials as they are needed.
We will provide all
that is necessary in order to operate the franchise
efficiently and profitably.
What is not included are space rentals that you will have to
secure, and personnel to be at your store. |

financing? |
Unlike most franchises,
we actually offer a
financing option to be done directly with the company.
We offer this due to our complete confidence that it will be

process without the regular hassles of filing for a loan and
approaching banks.
Our limited
Show-Only offer requires a 50% deposit for the franchise to
the value of 349,000 Baht. Subsequently, the
remaining balance will be paid in 12 monthly instalments
with little interest charged. |

How much can I make? |

materials? |
All products including cups, spoons, ice
cream and fruits are all purchased from Frozzen Co. Ltd.
At the heart of the
Frozzen franchise is an amazing tool, our Point Of Sale
system (POS). It is custom designed to serve multiple uses
ranging from being a cash register, keeping track of stock
and materials, and to also communicate with headquarters in
which orders for needed ingredients are automatically
sourced. Every process has been streamlined for
simple operation. |

What kind of training would I need to
provide to my staff? |
We will train you in all aspects of running your business
successfully. We will also provide a training DVD
that you can easily show to your staff in order to train
them with the necessary skills to be able to operate the
franchise. Because there are only two machines that needs to
be operated (one to mix the ice cream with the customers
chosen ingredients and the other is a POS system), there
really is not much sophistication involved in running this
business. |

What is the response time for a
technician, in case of equipment malfunction?

In order to run an efficient business,
we plan to have a regular plan for preventative maintenance
of all critical components of the franchise. Should an
emergency arise that requires immediate attention, we are

How long would it take to set up a
store? |
From the time of signing the Franchise

Will I get a territorial guarantee? |
Yes.
We will limit that
there is only one franchisee per building or retail outlet.
However, we would permit that franchisee to open more
than one store within the same building. |

Are there any monthly or ongoing
fees? |
Unlike many franchises,
a Frozzen franchise
is completely royalty free. We don't even request
that you make a periodic contribution for marketing efforts.
Instead, we have factored in a 5% rebate into the price of
all ingredients and materials that you purchase from us.

will effectively use it to market and promote the Frozzen
brand and products to consumers, so that they become aware
